What is included in the price I pay?
In the price you pay are included the mooring fee for the chosen period as well as VAT and the commission fee. All information regarding your booking is sent in a confirmation e-mail.
How can I pay my booking?
Currently, bookings can be paid with a credit card or PayPal.
What does "local payment" mean?
Some marinas prefer get paied the price of the berth on site, in the marina. The skipper therefore only pays the booking fee in the HelloPort app, the remaining amount for the berth rental is payable in the marina. The booking is, however, just as secure as with a complete payment processing on HelloPort.
How will I be informed if the booking was successfully performed?
Once completed the whole booking process using HelloPort, you will receive a confirmation notice in the App as well as an e-mail summarizing all information related to your booking.
How do I book extra services as energy and water?
In accordance with the marina’s individual terms and conditions, water and energy are usually included in marina mooring fee whilst the garbage is included buoys fee.
Could I change or cancel a booking?
Yes, you can. Cancellation terms depend on the marina’s individual terms and conditions. Please contact the marina directly.
Where can I find the marina contact details?
In the confirmation e-mail you will find all contact details and a brief description of the chosen marina.
How will I find an adequate berth?
Based on you current location, HelloPort will show you adequate marina spots and buoys nearby.
Does HelloPort works on the sea?
HelloPort works whenever and wherever you have network available on your phone..
Whom should I contact for further support?
